Harpole Allotment Association AGM

at Harpole Old School Hall.

You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the newly-formed Harpole Allotment Association.

The association has been formed as an independent body to represent and protect the interests of the allotment holders to promote "Growing your Own" within the village and surrounding areas, and to improve maintenance and provision of facilities at the allotments.

Membership of the association is entirely voluntary, and subscriptions are £2.25 per year, which will then be passed on as affiliation fees to The National Allotment Association. This represents considerable saving on the individual cost of membership.

Scarecrow Presentation Evening & Annual General Meeting 2014

at The Bowls Club, Larkhall Lane.

The Presentation Evening and Annual General Meeting of the Scarecrow Committee will take place on October 17th, starting at 7.30p.m.

A number of the current committee members have decided to stand down this year, so there will be vacancies for other enthusiastic individuals to take this fantastic event forward.

If you would like to get involved please come along to the AGM, where the committee members can answer any of your questions.
